How Black Seeds will cure your Asthma & Allergies!

How I discovered the cure for asthma is one of the great stories that I have to tell. One of my hobbies outside of blogging about cures for “incurable diseases” is writing reviews for restaurants and businesses. A long time ago I had written a review for Amazing Herbs, the company that produces my favorite Black Seed Oil.

Months after I had written the review I had attended a Yelp event, and for the first time, I met one of my Yelp friends(someone on yelp my friend’s list). After she introduced herself, she thanked me for writing the review. Then she proceeded to tell me an incredible story.

She told me that all her life she’s been suffering from asthma and severe allergies. Every time she went to the gym she would have to use her inhaler, and literally every mourning she awakened she would be constantly sneezing.

But she told me after she read my review on Black Seed Oil, her life changed forever.

Being she was Lebanese she had known about Black Seeds all of her life,  her family even cooked with them. She even told me that in her culture it’s known that the founder of Islam, Muhammed,  said that black seeds cure everything but death, but she never really believed it.

She did her own research on the miraculous healing ability of Black seed oil and decided to try it. Luckily she already had a bottle of black seed oil in her house that her sister had brought from Lebanon. She started with two teaspoons a day, but she didn’t put it in water or juice, she took it straight. I have no idea how she tolerated its taste and consistency.

What happened next was miraculous.

Within a month, she noticed she no longer woke up in the morning with sniffles or sneezing. Then she went to the gym to work out and decided not to use her inhaler, incredibly she didn’t develop wheezing or shortness of breath. It’s been two years, and even though she only used black seed oil for one month, neither her allergies or her asthma has returned.

My research

After I listened to her story, I decided to do some research to see if there was any contemporary medical research that validated this healing aspect of Black seeds.

I found many anecdotal testimonies as well as some interesting research articles on PubMed that articulate how Black Seeds heals asthma. Click this link to read it, “Nigella sativa as an anti-inflammatory agent in asthma“. Interestingly, in the same PubMed article, it states that “Nigella sativa ethanol extract effectively inhibit histamine release”, which would explain how her allergies disappeared.

Heres another PubMed article stating the asthma healing abilities of Black Seeds, “Nigella sativa Supplementation Improves Asthma Control“. I also found this other PubMed article stating the allergy healing abilities of Black Seeds, Effect of Nigella sativa (black seed) on subjective feeling in patients with allergic diseases“.

Obviously, these articles on Black seeds(Nigella Sativa) validate it as a remedy that can rid of you of asthma and allergies.

My 12 year old has cough-variant asthma and seasonal allergies and I would like to give him black seed oil. What dose would he need and how do I get him to take it? Thank you.

I would consult a licensed naturopath, but a teaspoon or two teaspoons should be fine a day.

How to take the oil? Does it need to be diluted with something? Your video does not address how do take it.
