How to Permanently shrink Uterine Fibroids

by Sean Martu

I previously wrote an article, “How to naturally shrink Fibroids“, if you wish to understand what fibroids are and how to use this method to shrink them, you should read this article.

The problem with the previous article is, yes the method will shrink the fibroids quickly, but if you don’t continually use the protocol the fibroids will return. What really spurred me in this research is I have a friend with really bad menstrual cycles and large uterine fibroids, and when she gets her cycle it’s hell on earth. Unfortunately, she cannot use calcium d-glucarate to shrink the fibroids as she develops intolerable side effects.

So I started researching what was the original cause of the development of fibroids. I already knew of the endocrine blocking/disrupting pesticides, herbicides, and chemicals in our food and everyday products we use. But I know that all chronic diseases have roots in a deficiency in a mineral, food-derived vitamin, fatty acid, or polyphenol. I just needed to figure out what it was.

Then I struck gold in the many hours of scouring medical journals and I found this research article on PubMed, “Urinary Iodine Concentrations in Cancer Patients” and it stated –

It is proven that iodine deficiency can lead to fibrocystic breast disease and/or ovarian cysts. Iodine can similarly reduce uterine fibroids and one of the first conventional medical treatments for severe fibroids was to paint the uterus with iodine (Lungo et al., 2000; Venturi 2001; Jang et al., 2013).

According to ZRT Laboratory

Of the tissues that utilize iodine, the ovaries have one of the highest concentrations in the body. Iodine is an essential micronutrient for normal reproductive function and deficiency is associated with reduced fertility. In an observational study conducted between 2005 and 2009 by the National Institute of Child and Human Development, 467 women trying to conceive were examined for iodine status. It was discovered that 44.3% were considered iodine deficient as determined by a urinary iodide concentration less than 50 mcg/g. Compared with women of normal urinary iodide concentration (>100 mcg/g), those with low iodine were 46% less likely to achieve pregnancy during each menstrual cycle

Iodine is a necessary mineral that we need in our daily diet. Unfortunately in America due to the legality of Potassium bromate, bromine, and fluoride used in water and foods, these chemical minion displace iodine from our bodies. Worse, due to the extremely mineral-deficient farm soils, we are not getting hardly any minerals replenished in our bodies.

So it makes sense that along with an epidemic of thyroid issues related to iodine deficiency, we would also have women with epidemic levels of fibroid issues.

So I told my friend to start taking this ionic iodine and to take close to the recommended Japanese daily of iodine which is up to 3mg a day. The American rdi of 150mcg iodine a day is way too low, just like their rdi for vitamin D.

She started taking approximately 1mg daily of iodine 4 weeks before her next menstrual cycle. When she finally got her cycle, it was the first normal manageable cycle she has had in over a year.

So definitely try this and let me know in the comments how it worked out.

I think it was meant for me to see your article. I’ve been suffering with the same issues your friend has for the last five years. I actually had an appointment tomorrow to discuss a hysterectomy because it really affects my life. It’s very painful. I will order my iodine today and take it daily for four weeks. However, my question is after the four weeks that we do see a change do we continue to take the iodine every day or do we stop and then restart after a ? certain time?

Iodine isn’t necessary element for life you need to get it daily and you’re not getting it from the food unless you’re going to eat sushi frequently. Get calcium d glucarate to shrink them faster and then just use the iodine after
